Returns for Items Not as Described or Defective
If you receive an item that is not as described or has a defect, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receipt. We’ll arrange a full refund or exchange at no extra cost to you.
General Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. We accept returns within 28 days of receipt for items that are unused and in their original condition.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- To begin, simply email our Customer Service team within this period, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original or equivalent protective packaging.
- Free from signs of wear or damage.
(Please note: Items that don’t meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or colour, please contact us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability. If the item isn’t available, we’ll guide you through returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Earrings
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately with your order details (and photos if damaged). We’ll resolve the issue promptly and ensure you’re taken care of.

- Please ensure return items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
