GOT QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you handle shipping and returns for online purchases? Toggle

We strive to make your online shopping experience as convenient as possible. We offer fast and reliable shipping options with tracking available if selected. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a hassle-free return policy. How do I care for and maintain my jewellery to ensure its longevity? Toggle

At Clarkes, 90% of our jewellery is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, making it highly durable and low-maintenance. Stainless steel resists tarnishing and requires minimal care—perfect for everyday wear. However, a small selection of our pieces are plated or made with more delicate materials. These items need a bit more attention to maintain their shine and finish. To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend the following care tips:
Store Properly: Keep your pieces in a dry, airtight container or a jewellery box to prevent tarnishing and scratches. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Minimise exposure to perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents, especially for plated items, as these can wear down finishes and damage gemstones. Clean Gently: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild jewellery cleaner to remove buildup and restore shine. With just a little care, your jewellery will stay beautiful for years to come.

Can I request a custom design for a special occasion or milestone event? Toggle

Absolutely! Whether you're looking to commemorate a wedding, anniversary, or other significant moments in life, our experienced team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. From engagement rings to bespoke necklace designs, we can source bespoke pieces to fit your needs.
